The Doraemon: Nobita's Animal Planet movie started being shot in 1990. The anime was based on the manga Doraemon, Tsutomu Shibayama was the director. Tsutomu Shibayama who had filmed Doraemon: Nobita and the Legend of the Sun King movie and Doraemon: Nobita and the Platoon of Iron Men movie was invited director of Doraemon: Nobita's Animal Planet. It's a action series with adventure, comedy, fantasy, science fiction elements.
